Puppy Miat Exploring His New Environment

Following the advice from Miat's breeder and books on puppy raising, I give Miat water and let explore the backyard for about 10 minutes in hopes of establishing his potty spot. Unfortunately, he didn't go potty. This is the first time he is using his harness/retractable-ribbon leash combo. A non choking collar such as a body harness collar is recommended especially for toy dogs since they can be susceptible to collapsing tracheas.
