Actron OBD II (OBD2) PocketScan Reader
I chose the Actron OBD II PocketScan Reader because it is cheap (around $50), basic, and all I need to read and reset my Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) that is triggering my Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL).
Alternatively, I could have taken my car to Autozone to have them read my car's DTC for free. But then, I would have to take it back to reset my MIL after I corrected the problem.
