This diagram shows the overall location of the center differential lock transfer indicator switch and is from the 2000 Lexus LX470 Repair. I bought the printed Lexus repair manual set the same time I bought my LX470 in 2000 from the dealership. The Lexus repair manual set included three books: (1) Lexus 2000 Repair Manual Volume 1 (Diagnostics Manual), (2) Lexus 2000 Repair Manual (the important mechanical and control stuff covering all the basic systems like engine, emission, sequential fuel injection, cooling, lubrication, transmission, transfer, etc.), and (3) Lexus 2000 Electrical Wiring Diagram. The factory auto repair manual is an excellent reference, although a bit expensive. The cost was more than $300 in 2000. If I were to buy this car today (which would have to be the Lexus LX470 since the LX470 is no longer produced!), I would get the electronic version which is much cheaper.
As a sidenote on technology and prices, in 2000, I paid $1995 plus tax for my Magellan 750NAV GPS Hard-drive-based Navigation System with a "huge" 3 inch color backlit LCD screen. The same "Never Lost" offered by Hertz in their car rentals. Today, Magellan offers a smaller, faster, better with a 4 plus inch screen for nearly one tenth of the cost of the original 750NAV.
